The Research Partnership to Secure Energy for America (RPSEA – http://www.rpsea.org) recently announced that five proposals under the Ultra-Deepwater Program have been selected for negotiations leading to an award under its contract with the Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory. The Letton-Hall Group of Houston, Texas (http://www.lettonhall.com) has been awarded the contract for “More Improvements to Deepwater Subsea Measurement”. Atout Process is providing expertise on flow measurement and electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) as a sub-contractor to Letton-Hall.”
